This website is operated by Mahaya USA. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mahaya USA. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Our products are eau de parfum fragrances. We make every effort to describe and display them accurately, including notes, sizes and colors, but colors on screen and individual scent perception can vary. Fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and keep away from heat, flame and children.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Bundle savings and other promotions are applied automatically at checkout according to the offer terms shown on the site at the time of purchase. We may limit quantities, change or end promotions, or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
