Refund policy

We want you to love your Mahaya fragrance. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day returns on unopened bottles

You can return any unopened, unused bottle in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of bottles that have been opened, sprayed or had their seal removed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

How to start a return

Email mahaya@laminadeoro.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
